Warrior Update
Dear Hoopa Valley High School Sports Families,
Prior to your sport season please be sure to do the folliwing:
- Get a sport physical
- Fill out the sport waiver
- New students to Hoopa High School will need to take a baseline concussion test
- Complete the KTJUSD Covid Testing Form & Registration
